The rules and guidelines for using C Logic Factory
By accessing or using C Logic Factory ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and C Logic Factory. Please read them carefully before using our Platform.

Group leaders connect Commando_GM to their MT5 terminal through our Comms link so that group performance and live setups are reflected on the platform. The Comms link is a connector, not a separately sold product.

We operate a number of optional programs alongside the core services:
Coupons, rewards and commissions have no cash value, are non-transferable except as expressly stated, and may be revoked in cases of abuse, chargebacks or violation of these Terms.

Setup Center group subscriptions are offered on monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles. Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period.
Setup Center subscriptions and Commando Suite licenses are sold for a fixed term (monthly, quarterly or annual). We send renewal reminders by email before the term ends and you can renew from your account dashboard. Where you have explicitly opted in to automatic renewal at checkout, we may charge your stored payment method on the renewal date; otherwise renewals are manual. You can switch automatic renewal off at any time in your account settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
Upon purchase of Commando Suite software, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal trading purposes.
You may not:
Each Commando Suite license locks to a single MT5 account when first activated. You can release the license from your account dashboard at any time and re-activate it on a different MT5 account. If you need concurrent activations on multiple accounts, please contact support; additional activations may require purchasing additional licenses.

User-generated content (posts, comments, chat messages) must not contain:
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by C Logic Factory and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (AllPay).
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions until the next renewal period.
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any taxes associated with your purchases.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You acknowledge that forex trading carries inherent risks, and you accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and outcomes.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and C Logic Factory.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
