At C Logic Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund procedures for different products and services.
We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to be fair and reasonable in handling refund requests while protecting against abuse of our digital products.

Setup Center provides access to trading signals and educational content that is delivered immediately upon subscription. Once you've accessed signals or group content, the service has been provided and cannot be "returned."
The 48-hour window allows you to evaluate whether the service meets your expectations before committing.
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

Once you activate your license on MT5, you have received the digital product. Our software is designed to be evaluated on demo accounts before activation on live accounts. Please ensure the product meets your needs before activating.
If you experience genuine technical issues with our software that we cannot resolve:
Note: Issues caused by incorrect setup, incompatible brokers, or user error are not grounds for refund. We provide setup support to help resolve these issues.
If you upgrade from one Commando product to another (e.g., MS to AT), the original purchase is applied as credit. Upgrade purchases are non-refundable.

Products purchased during sales or with discount codes may have different refund terms. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
If you purchased a bundle and request a partial refund, the refund amount will be calculated based on the individual item prices, not the discounted bundle price.
We may consider refunds outside these guidelines in exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies, death in family). These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
